Personalisation & Proof Approval Policy

1. Availability

Personalisation is available on selected artwork only, as indicated on each product page. Adding personalisation to eligible artwork typically adds NZ$30–$50 for a simple wording or colour change, or NZ$80–$150 for fully custom artwork. Specially commissioned Arabic calligraphy requires an individual quotation via our Bespoke Commission form.

2. Information you provide

When ordering a personalised piece, you will be asked to provide your exact wording, any name or date to include, your preferred colour palette, the occasion, and any additional instructions. You may also upload an optional reference image.

3. Your responsibility for accuracy

Please check all names, dates and wording carefully before submitting your order. HIBAH is not responsible for errors contained in wording you have supplied and subsequently approved on a proof.

4. Proofs and revisions

One digital proof and one included revision are provided for each personalised order. Additional revisions are available at NZ$25 each. Production begins only once you have approved your proof.

5. Arabic and Quranic text

HIBAH treats Arabic and Quranic text with care and respect. Where a design includes established, well-known phrases, we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy; however, for personalised or bespoke requests involving specific Arabic wording or calligraphy, we recommend you verify the exact wording you provide, and we are happy to discuss this with you as part of the proofing process.

6. Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a personalised order. Changes are generally possible before your proof is approved. Once a proof is approved and production has begun, personalised orders cannot normally be changed, cancelled or returned for a change of mind — see our Returns & Damaged Orders Policy.
